Personal Training and Boot Camp fitness classes are an important part of what we do. We have an individual approach to give you the right amount of help for your needs, whether that means a one-to-one every session or no help from us at all. You can come and visit us to have a look around and discuss your needs with no cost and no obligation to join.
We have a lovely outdoor space at our Gym which we use whenever the weather is good, with rubber matted outside area, tyres, a rig, and a wood chip track to jog around. You can sit and enjoy a free coffee on the terrace if you like, or lie out in the sun when it occasionally shines!
